PC Peripherals Suggest a new PSU for my config!!!

Hi frnds,

My frnd have brought me Saphire 5770 from US and he is on the way

please suggest me a PSU that can run my config

Config:

Proccy: Intel C2d E7200 (May upgrade to i5-750 in future)

Mobo: Zebronics 945 with onboard NV 7050 (May upgrade to suitable Mobo to the above proccy)

Ram: 2 GB DDR2 ( May upgrade to 4GB DDR3)

HDD: 120 IDE + 160 SATA ( May upgrade to a single 500GB SATA and atmost i may use 2 HDDs)

DVD writer: One(Sony DVD R/W)( May upgrade to Blue ray writer when they got cheap)

Floppy DD: NO

Cabinet: CM E-335

No extra fans or coolers added as far now( Can add if suggested)

I don't do any Overclocking

No extension cards as of Now( May add a sound card in one year)

My Budget and limitations:

the PSU must be capable to my rig even after the upgrades i have mentioned are done

It must be Cheap and Best( around 4K will make me happy)

I may not upgrade the GPU and PSU for the next 3 years definitely (if everything goes well)

Iam a casual gamer may play 3 to 4 hours a day Max( Not Up-to-Date games)

I may update the proccy+Mobo+RAM after May 2010 only

Im from Hyderabad and suggest me buying options

My doubts:

Does that GPU fit into my Cabinet

Do i need to add any new ram as of now to have good performance
 
If you have a budget of 4k go for the Corsair VX450. Its built like a tank and has a solid five years warranty and the after sales service is also good.
 
3k = Seasonic 380W
4k = Corsair VX450
Both will handle your requirements with ease, although the VX450 has more headroom, and carries an extra 2 years of warranty, as mentioned above.
 
VX450 Eyes Closed !!! You cant go wrong with this decision mate. It will handle all those upgrades with ease !!!
 
thanks buddies for your suggestions and i have decided on VX 450
and give me a good way to buy this im from hyderabad
is it available in CTC
