CPU/Mobo Suggest a new replacement MB for Core 2 duo E 7200

My mother board(INTEL DG35EC) is having problem to display the o/p from Graphics card..
MY graphics card is working fine in other machine..But in my machine when i plug in there is no signal to monitor

Let me know if i can get any replacement mother board for my below config in online or market ,as my local dealer said its out of date and cant get MB
processor : CORE 2 DUO E7200,2GB DDR2 RAM,msi hd5670 Graphics card,Corsair SMPS
 
Can you confirm that you are connecting the monitor cable to raphic card's output port and not ot the motherboadrs' output port?
 
yes im connecting to the graphics card o/p and not to the mother board o/p
when i tried connecting my card to another machine it is working..but im my machine it does even boot up the pc if its there
 
Also FYI..my mother board became faulty last week and it was serviced and all the capacitors were burnt and they were placed
it became live and this Graphics card problem got propped up newly after it became live again..
my technician said that the GMCH is getting heated soon and this could be a reason for the card not detected and cant do much with it
we also reset the BIOS as well...he said we cant get replacement board as its outdated..he said either to use without card and go for new upgrade of Mobo cpu..
just wanted to check with experts here anything can be done on it
