Graphic Cards SUGGEST: a Nvidia Graphics card for my 2nd PC

Any particular reason for choosing Nvidia?
A gtx 660 should not bottleneck in your config and will give good framerate at 720p res.
 
Also please mention complete specs INCLUDING PSU. If you use a cheap PSU (from Zebronics, Iball etc) you will most likely have to upgrade your budget as you will need another PSU to power the graphics card.
 
@iosoft - the HD6670 you have is enough for the setup .. anything higher than this is going to be bottlenecked by the cpu.
