Suggest a phone under 15k

I have searched through all the forums/posts, but was not able to decide/find a mobile with the following features within my budget.

Budget: 15k (+/- 2k) -- Please don't suggest a costlier phone than this.

Needed features

Big Screen - At least 2.4 inch (2.6+ preferred)
Wifi/WLAN
MP3/Video support
Bluetooth

Not so MUST but will be an added advantage

Camera
FM
TouchScreen
Java support

I can avoid GPS,3G, email

I know I am asking too much for a mobile with this budget, but you knw.......:S Basically I need a multimedia phone with browsing support.

Also which is better and faster, WindowsMobile/Symbian?.I need the ability to install some custom apps, so that the mobile will have some added functionality. Which one of this platform is having a wide range of it?

Yep.. I have N78 as a choice during my search.. but 2.4" is a bit small for watching videos. So a slightly bigger screen is good

I am extending my budget and is going for the nokia 5800XM.. Hopefully let's pray that Nokia will put a decent pricing for it in India...:holiday:
