Suggest a proxy server supporting HTTPS

I am working on a ERP app to test HTTP service. But the corporate ERP dev system doesn't have internet connectivity.

The dev box is on same network ( but no DNS). But it accepts proxy settings for connection. So I am thinking to setup a proxy server on my laptop, to route the requests and enable http / https connectivity to the ERP dev box.. at least for my app.

Suggest me a proxy software - preferably a portable one.

Couple of what I found
Delegate - difficult to configure.
Freeproxy - yet to try.
 
I would suggest a wrt based router for such situations.
Although you have to learn to configure various services on this devices, but you have packages/options for creating all kinds of networking environments with wrt.
