Suggest a slim digicam for max $250

I'll be flying to US tonight. Need to get a digicam asap as the prices are low bcoz of thanksgiving deals.

Requirements:

1) Should be slim.

2) Should be a decent camera, megapixles don't matter much but more optical zoom would be better.

3) Max budget $250.
