Need to rename around 400 Songs in 1 folder, Please suggest FREE software (Preferably Portable) which can be used to do following tasks.

Bulk File Rename of files in this format - Movie name - Song Title Or vice versa.
[file names are in crap format i.e. 0123-Tere Bin (xyz.com) - Tere Bin (xyz.com) ]

ID3 Tag - Set ID3 Tags of mp3 files same as File name. (Movie name - Song Title)

Give me your suggestions.
 
Musicbrainz picard. Try out the option to identify the song through its footprint rather than the tag name. Dont know how well it'll do for hindi songs though.
 
I use tag&rename.

It is not a free software. But you can create tags from file names and rename the files with ID3 tags.

Should give it a try. I think the trial is for 30days or less, not sure.
 
i havent tried many but The Godfather has all the functions i need in renaming and tagging
