Suggest a vfm Graphics Card & PSU

Hi Guys,

Please suggest me a good vfm or affordable Graphics card & suitable PSU for my PC (e.g. [font=verdana, geneva, sans-serif]ASUS HD6450 Silent or MSI 1GB R5450 MD1GD3H/LP)[/font]

My Budget for GFX + PSU is >4500

I have Intel Core2Duo E6300 with 1GB RAM.

Also advise if i need to upgrade RAM as well.

You should get SAPPHIRE HD 6450 1GB DDR3-2.7k with Fsp Sagaii 400W-1.8k,if you have the budget then get extra 2gb ram-1.6k,hope this helps.
