Suggest a Windows Based Mobile Pls..

Asking this on the behalf of a friend..

He needs to purchase a windows based mobile fone only..

i dont exactly know the reason why he wd wanna do that except for the fact that he wants to store his presentations on it *(he is an interior designer)..

Budget is ~15k ... can be stretched a touch more.

Kinda urgent on this.. need to tell him by abt 5 pm..
