Suggest a wireless router for a hathway connection

need suggestions for a wireless router.
I have come across Netgear WGR614 and BELKIN F5D7230ak4.
Each of them is available for around 1.6K or should i consider buying Dlink or linksys

I think the belkin one comes with lifetime warranty.
Kindly advice which one would be a better option w.r.t
a.speed
b.range
c.service network.
