CPU/Mobo Suggest AMD Mobo+Procc around 10k

As the title suggest my friend needs AMD Mobo+Procc around 10k.
try to avoid Biostar as it's availability is low in Hyderabad.
 
Athlon II X4 620 / Phenom II X2 550 (as per your need) + Gigabyte 790G mobo. I think Biostar is available at Bhumika. Haarakiri bought one earlier.
