GTX650ti is bad choice price & performance ratio wise.
It would have been a good choice if the price were 8.5K or so.

Oh my bad, I confused 650 Ti with 650 Ti Boost edition which goes head on with 7790 and marginally outperforms it ...

Wait for 7790, or get a used high-end graphics card available on TE trade section. Used graphics card are VFM as they are cheap and have high performance too
