Suggest cheapest fone with following option

Need the cheapest fone which can be simultaneously usb charged while using internet(e.g o2 mini which i used earlier)
plus have edge....also if 3g options is added it would be great...

Need one to use with a mobile office airtel card
 
Am not sure if Windows Mobile phones like HTC P3400i or HTC Touch or Asus P320 can do this or not but am definately sure that the LG KT610(Symbian S60) can do this. Its MRP is Rs.15k(as mentioned on LG India website). Read about this particular feature in this phone's GSMArena review.

Why exactly do u need USB charging? Are u always far away from a wall socket? If u are near a wall socket, u can plug in ur charger and also ur connectivity cable simultaneously so that ur ph can be charged while u surf or download.

Otherwise why dont u buy a Motorola or Sony Ericsson ph. I remember that even the SE K750i could be charged by the connectivity cable by installing a driver. So all new SE phones should also support this feature. All new Motorola phones also support USB charging.

The Nokia CA-100 charger is overpriced. Anyway, are u sure if it could be shipped to India or not? ?

i thght it will b available in india....

the wall socket is not near from my comp as all other sockets are taken by router modem stuff.....
i dont have to take care of charging while usb connected i can use it and suppose i get busy somewhere else automatically it gets charged when internet not in use......
SE problem is only most high end fone supports edge...so does moto.....

Else can u suggest some model?
