Suggest cheapest processor+mobo+ram combo!

Well I want suggestions for the cheapest combo of proccy+mobo+ram .

Purpose is mainly using photoshop ( no hardcore stuff :p ) , watching hd movies,programming . Gaming well I just want it to run games like DotA and counter strike source , even at lowest settings is fine but should run smoothly then (will use some cheap ass gpu) .

Would prefer 4GB ram (will it really help ? i wanna use windows 7 ultimate with aero on , thought of corsair xms3 4GB stick for 2.4k @ primeabgb :D ? ). Intel proccy :X ( the cheapest i3 ?) .

And yea the mobo should have 1 slot for gpu(cheap ass one) and 1 extra pci slot for sound card and at least 4 sata ports.

If a better AMD rig is possible please suggest that . I am totally not into amd so dunno anything about which is the latest processor series :p and how good/bad they are and their pricing .

For PSU look at FSP Saga II. Wattage depends on what gpu you want to buy.

GPU: Radeon 5670. Should get one for around 5k.

880G IGP supports h/w accelaration which is good for watching HD movies... And even the IGP is powerful than 780G...
For just 1.3 more this is a great board + Gigabyte A.S.S is great...
 
PSU is already there man ... thats why I only mentioned these 3 things .. even hdd is already therE :p .... its actually for my friend ... got a tight budget so he wants the 3 to come under 10k.
 
Intel Core i3 540 - 5.2k (Price could be even more as Intel was slowly raising the price for the SB i3 release. But now it might reduce again following the SB chipset debacle)
Asus P7H55 M LX - 3.6k
Corsair 2GB DDR3 1333MHz - 1.2k (RAM prices on the raise again due to Chinese new year. If you can wait a bit till business starts in China prices may come down again)

Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H/MSI 880GM-E41 - 4.1k
2GB Corsair Value RAM - 1.2k

Total: 8.7k (~10k with 4GB RAM)
