CPU/Mobo Suggest Config Athlon II 240 vs Intel E5200

Hi Guys,
I need to build a new config for my relative in delhi.

I'm confused between Athlon II 240 and Intel E5200.
Which one will be better and cheaper option.

Will be used for browsing, watching movies, maybe some office apps.
Will always be used at stock speeds(no overclocking).

Which will be a better and cheaper option

1. Athlon II 240 + Biostar 780G
2. Intel E5200 + G41

Also is Biostar a safe brand to buy. Also i'm open for suggestion for other boards. Budget for motherboard is around 4K.

since u dint mention gaming, its off the list , also no oc'ing and a yes to - watching movies etc.

we have a clear winner -

Athlon II 240 + Biostar 780G

Also we have plenty biostar users on the house (am myself a biostar user and on that rig right now) They seem to have good after sales service as well. (from experiences so far on the group | can talk about personal experience after a week when I go to RMA friends dead GF7050)
