Suggest CPU cooler ~ 1500rs

^^Guys thanks for valuable suggestions.
I have dropped the plan of OCing cpu and forget buying new mobo, will use my P8H61 only.
My budget is limited, suggest graphics card and resolution of monitor is 1600 X 900.
Do u think, 1gb GDDR3 would suffice, few people told me that I will get only few fps more if I use 1gb GDDR5.

for upto 8k HD7770 1GB GDDr5 and most of the modern cards either have DDR3 or GDDr5 memory and GDDR5 offers far better performance compared to gddr3 [ old tech ] and ddr3.
