Storage Solutions Suggest External hard drive requiring external power adaptor

I heard from some friends that there cheap external hard drive options from seagate and wd which requires an external power supply/adaptor.
They said I can get a 1tb drive within 4 k mark.
I dont want a portable usb powered hard drive as its out of my budget. :ashamed: in which i can only get 500gb within my 4k budget. Also, I wont be carrying the drive out of my home and need just for my backup purpose.

So please suggest External hard drive requiring external power adaptor to power-on.
