Suggest (Firewall + AntiVirus) for Win98SE

Hello Friends,

As we all know Zone Alarm DISCOUNTINUE to support Windows98SE.

Now I need FREE and good all rounder protection like ZA (FREE), combined SECURITY is preferable.

My Operating System is Win98SE.

Please advise .

Migrate to XP, your system is capable enough of handling it :)

(IIRC, you have a PIII 550 mhz with 256 MB RAM, Is that right?)

Holy crap. This is in no way enough for running xp based system. I have P4 1.7 ghz with 256 mb ram. Still its performance is way below whats we called optimum xp performance. I feel min req for xp would be P4 with 256 mb ram.

Anyway i doubt if u canget anything as good as ZA which i m personally using for more than 3 yrs. This was one of the reason why i migrated to xp frm 98se, other reason being discont support from microsoft.

IIRC??????

I have PIV 2.4 mhz, 256 RAM, but I experienced very slow performance with XP. My Samsung Hard Disk make noise like Scooter put in 1st Gear :bleh:

I turn to 98 and all is OK :clap:
