Budget 15-20K Suggest for brother

Brother needs a descent phone within 20k range budget. (25k stretchable in extreme conditions/if really worthy.)

Requirements:
Android- DUAL SIM (must)
Min 5 in IPS/AMOLED
Best Camera in all terms (indoor/out/dark/night etc)
More than a days battery life
More than 16gb inbuilt will be nice
4gG volte (of course)

If stretching the budget beyond 25k is required then he will look for used one or refurbished.

Mi 5 should be a good bet . I'm using it with my Jio number . Camera too is good . Got it for 20k in recent fk sale . It has volte .

Moto X Play should be good too in this range

Moto I have used its mostly all stock google apps so no fun. And Play is too old now.
Mi and Redmi is confusion as we never owned any of those devices. Also After sales service is a concern.

Still open for suggestion upto 25k stretched budget.

Yeah Mi offers good config but getting the spares is next to impossible.
And if you are stretching it to 25k, then why not get OP3?

Spares? But why must we bother as its the service centre unless we buying used phone.
