iOS Suggest good place in Mumbai to get iPhone battery replaced

My brother is facing battery drain and phone getting warm / hot and most probably it is due to battery getting screwed. We plan to replace the battery of his iPhone 4S.
Can anyone suggest where is a good place to get good quality battery replacement.
We stay in Borivali so Indraprasth shopping center basement is one option but I feel that they can give me either used or some substandard battery.

Should we order battery online and get the local repair shop to seat it ?

Any point going to apple authorized repair center for a new battery ? I know they will charge a fortune.

Phone is India piece but out of warranty.

We are still seeing how the battery is performing and then will decide whether we really need to replace or not.
 
Get a battery and replace it yourself. It is very easy to replace one by following instructions from Youtube videos
 
The battery is the key to the expensive phone . Replacement batteries in india are mostly fakes . Go to apple and replace . An expensive phone deserves an original battery .

Apple doesn't replace batteries or any other parts. if it's under warranty entire phone is replaced.
 
Apple assumes that it's phones should be used only for the warranty period it provides.They do not sell replacement parts or entertain repair requests for phones out of warranty. The only option you have to get the replacement battery is some after market shop.

I know getting original battery is as good as impossible. But then in aftermarket too i don't want to be ripped off by a substandard or used battery given to me. I need a fresh one and good quality. For this any reference to any good and reliable shop in Mumbai area ?
I remember someone mentioning about a shop in Ghatkoper. I guess @FaH33m mentioned it once.
 
Slightly ot . All the after market batteries I got for my nokia phones were all crap . And most conked off in a month max six months with very bad battery back up . Since then no after market batteries only original from flipkart or the nokia samsung service centre . Ps . I now know apple does not sell original batteries so my answer does not really apply here .
 
You can check for the battery on ifixit.com they look reliable but never had any experience with them.
 
Apple service centres have started replacing batteries of certain models. Guess 4s onwards. Stay away from unbranded and duplicate batteries.

Any update on this ? My i5 battery is dead too. Need to get it replaced in Delhi. Would have really gone for it had apple been offering it.
