Graphic Cards Suggest GPU under 15K

Hi guys one of my friends is looking for a GPU and his budget is strictly under 15K (it was about 12K but he stretched it a bit to 14-14.5K).
I was searching and saw the prices too much inflated, I was looking for GTX 1650 super but never found any in the budget...
So guys please suggest me a couple of options which are available in this budget...
 
GTX1650 Super is perfect for that budget. Wait for Prime Day sale and see if has anything worthy with 10% HDFC discount
 
1650 Super if buying new or you can look for used 1060/480/470/580/570 on Facebook groups for under 10k.
I bought the Gigabyte Windforce 1650 Super for around 12.5k before the lockdown but you might have to pay more due to Corona tax now.
 
X50 = Entry Level Gaming Card
X60 = Mainstream
X70 = High End
X80 = Highest End/Enthusiasts
Titan = Best Card (Enthusiasts/Rendering Jobs)

So if you buy an “Entry-Level” card don’t expect more than 3 years.

Yes, the GTX 1650 Super is competitive with the GTX 1060 3GB and 6GB versions those cards are now ~4 Years old.

So the Entry-level card replaced the GTX 1060 ~4 years (X60 = Mainstream gaming card).

Good as in reasonable performance to me = 1920x1080 ~50-60 FPS High to Medium Settings AAA games. (Notice most consoles don’t fall in the “Good” category for me)

Typically if you can get an X60 Ti those cards tend to be good for around 4–6 years.
If you can get the X70’s they’re also “good for” around the same time 4–6 years.

X80’s are typically good for 6–8 years. However, they’re not so “good” if you want to game at 2560x1440 144+Hz, or 4k 60+Hz these screens require some significant GPU processing power.

The GTX 1650 is a decent budget GPU but the RX 570 offers better performance at the same price point.

Unfortunately it's not the case anymore with the pricing structure since the launch of the 2xxx series.
The price brackets shifted signigicantly throughout the entire lineup when you take launch prices into account, 960 was launched for $200 and 1060 for $250 whereas the 2060 was launched for $350.
If this trend continues the 3060 will probably launch at $400 which is not a mainstream segment.
They basically milked everyone for a feature that barely made a visual difference if at all it was even an option in most games.
