Graphic Cards Suggest LCD Monitor and Graphics Card. Budget: 24K

Hello guys,

A friend of mine want to upgrade to a 24" PC monitor and buy a graphics card.

His total budget is 24K, i.e. Monitor: 12K ; Card : 12K.

If card cannot be accommodated in that budget, it can be postponed, but he wants to buy the monitor soon. The only purpose of monitor: MOVIES, MOVIES and HD MOVIES. And bit of gaming.

His Existing Config:-
Q6600
ABiT IX38 QuadGT
4GB RAM GSkill 800MHz
Seasonic S12II 620W
