CPU/Mobo Suggest MB | Mini-ITX | 1080p Video Playback

Folks,

As mentioned in the title please suggest me a mb that must be of miniitx and would allow on board 1080p. Important, cost should be as low as possible. Yup, please suggest also HDMI out options.

My vote too goes to MSI E350IA-E45.
It is able to playback all forms of HD video at 1080p, including Blu-Ray. Inclusion of ability to connect the fastest 6GB/s SSD or USB 3.0 devices makes it a very future proof board. Go for it.
