Monitors Suggest me a 4K Work-Play monitor

Am on the lookout for a new monitor that can cater to my needs between everyday work, casual gaming, and content creation. Am having a tough time selecting one considering most if not all monitor seem to compromise something or the other.

My budget is around 22-24k.
Screen size 27 inches or higher.
Resolution 4K (cannot compromise on this).
Height, swivel, and rotation needed, not keen on investing in a VESA mount. (This seems to limit my choices to BenQ and Dell).
Must display text clearly considering I would be spending 5 days X 8 hours on work.
Casual single player, FPS, RTS gaming, I can live with 60-75hz and 5ms response time. Am guessing anything faster is for competitive e-sports.
Bit of content creation which is part of my job, color accuracy is a bit important.
Panel ugh! this is where it all breaks my options and looking for suggestions. IPS seems to be the best followed by VA and TN.

What do you guys recommend?

You need to increase your budget for the good ones with 4k. Otherwise there are a lot of 2K options. Following are a few I am looking at:

Acer: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08J921K8C...colid=V55V9VP22NH0&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
LG: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07PGL2WVS...colid=V55V9VP22NH0&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Samsung: https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08BY8S1ND...colid=V55V9VP22NH0&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Acer (TN): https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0756P63YV...colid=V55V9VP22NH0&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it

Thanks! and yes, I'll have to reconsider my budget

Have few questions.

Have TN panels have improved over time? say for the last 4-5 years? My current monitor (Acer 19") is from 2017. The viewing angles are horrid and colors are washed out.

Are large TN panels (24" and above) well-suited reading text considering I would be using this for work reading lengthy documentations and code lines.

I was close to pulling the trigger on this BenQ and backed out after finding it's a TN panel.

You won't get "good" tn panels in this range. For 4k better go with EW3270U(VA-32") or LG's 27UKxxx(IPS-27") series. I'd suggest getting a 32" for 4k as 27" feels a bit too small that resolution.

This is good advice. Don't get TN panels for casual gaming.
