Suggest me a camera, 6-7K

I bought Nikon S3100 last month and am satisfied with its performance. It even has a dedicated button for HD recording.

For its price, its a decent p&s camera. I'd say go for it.

TIP : If you could use a class 10 memory card, it would quicken the saving of image and boost performance.
 
have a look at the olympus VG-140 before buying the nikon

2 reasons why this is better than the nikon S3100

* Bigger display (3 inch than nikon's 2.7)

* Better f/ stop diversity (f2.8 than f3.2)
