i have i3 540/ intel dh55tc , 4 gb ram currently running on onboard graphics with local psu .. now i want upgrade and want to play latest games at 1080p. my budget is around 12k. can stretch 1k more .......
corsair psu gs 600w @ 4000 and nvidia gtx 550ti @ 8000 =12000hyeah:...i prefer nvidia because you can play physx enabled games and enjoy the physx in game! and gs600 is future proof so you could upgrade your system later though 450w is enough
Sapphire/Msi hd6850-9.5k+Seasonic s12ii 520w-3.5k is what you should get,still you would have to lower the setting to high from 'very high' or sometimes at medium,you can definitely game at 1080p.
HIS 6790 - 8k(tirupathi are distributors so no prob for RMA)
s12ii 520 - 3.5k
honestly though for 1920x1080 anything less than a 560Ti or a 6950 2gb is useless.. fps will be at best quite low at high or you will have to compromise on quality..
