Laptops Suggest me a Laptop in range 45k-52k

i need you to suggest me a laptop in price range 45-55K.
Primary requirements: Sturdy Build, portability-15" only(no 17"), comparatively longer battery life, Bluetooth, Great Hardware features(if possible).
Not Needed: megapixel webcam, Firewire ports and other fancy but Useless features.

Wellknown brands only- like HP,Acer,Lenovo,etc.

Basically i want to minimize cost on Software front(like i feel fine with XP and dont need of Vista. In any case i will get Vista from friend/torrents free-of-cost.) and want nice and Useful Hardware features.

I have seen HP Pavilion dv6314TX Entertainment Notebook(GJ154PA) around 47K. Any reviews of it?
Suggest me some please. No DELL(Reason being they ship from outside delhi- so they take 1month to ship; from what i have heard and i need before a month. If thats false, put some light on this info too. Can a dell notebook b bought from delhi too?)

The HP dv6314 has good specs and comes with Win Vista Ultimate bundled.. But it costs 57K.. Check out the website..!! Not sure about its availability though..!
 
Why don't you go for the VBI Asus S96j ? They come with a 15.4" Screen, DVD RW, Core 2 Duo Proc, 80GB Sata HDD and an X1600 256 Graphics Card all for a price of 49K + 2 years warranty + carry case.

I had an issue with my laptop, took them roughly 2 months, but they replaced it with a brand new piece. And I kept my HDD with myself, so I didn't even lose any data, pretty good deal eh?

I vote for the Acer Aspire 5583 too. I think its the cheapest available C2D laptop! Just bought it for my nephew. It works great. It has all the necessary features, just increase the RAM to 1gb, thats all.
