Monitors Suggest me a monitor ?

Hi,
I want to buy a monitor for my ps3 & laptop. I found one model .
This display has HDCP in DVI .
I am planning to use HDMI to DVI dongle for video . & is it possible to get audio output by using this cable ? is this setup ok ? can you suggest any other monitors ?

Firstly please can you mention your budget

Secondly, when you use the HDMI-to-DVI converter you not get audio output from it

From the monitor you can use the 3.5mm headphone jack to get HDMI audio to your audio system.
