Camera suggest me a point and shoot camera budget 8-10K

hey guys as the title goes , please suggest me a P&S digcam in 8-10k price bracket,

can go slightly higher

i dont know which to buy,

it shud have a great picture quality , wide angle if possible 4x or 5x optical zoom with Optical image stabilization ,

i had shortlisted the follow:
1.canon PowerShot A1100 IS

hows this one looks bit bulk has a 10X optical zoom

the above 3 are not the only choice , i had also shortlisted the new sony W series cam like W320, 350 and 380

i have also seen the new panasonic long zoom cameras like the TZ10 but its expensive,

can somebody also suggests some affordable long zoom cameras with good picture quality like TZ10, 11 etc...

i have to buy online only as there are no good cam shops in my city , me being from a small town , so please also point to good genuine sllers on ebay which u guys know them and those who provide genuine manufacturer;s warranty and not the dealer warranty

no brand preference any good cam like sony , canon, nikon, fuji , panasonic wud do

please pour in ur expert advices ,

since i m a new member , i m not able to access members market coz i cant find it anywhere on the entire forum , anyways i want a brand new cam not looking for a second hand camera if that member is selling a 2nd hand one,

so please guys suggest me a good cam , i m new to photogapahy, basic learning phase ,
