suggest me a VFM router with DD-WRT

Hi,
I'm in the market for a wifi router.Please suggest me a Value for money device.
Is 1800-2000 a fair budget for this ?
Online links to specific models would be really appreciated.

I have a LG Smart TV . Would a dd-wrt compatible router help me access media on my PC's HDD without the need for additional devices?
 
More infor needed on your TV. If it has WLAN/LAN, yes, you can access stuff on your comp which is connected via a router. Else get a networked media player.

It's a LG 42LV3730 LED TV. Has an ethernet port, supports WLAN as well, and I have a WLAN adapter for it. Any suggestions for a specific router model ?
