Suggest me Air Cooler

Hi,

I am from mumbai. I want to buy a air cooler budget is 5 to 8k. I was searching on google for air coolers and found that air coolers spoils Electronics because of its humidity.
I cant afford to mess with my pc. I am a web developer, I work from home and my pc worth over 50k. So,I am really worried about it.

Can somebody please suggest me a air cooler and clear my doubts.

Air coolers need good ventilation and also it does not work good in places where seashore is present. It is more suitable for dry and hot places like Delhi where humidity would be less. Incase you want to buy you can take a look at Kenstar aircoolers

Born and brought up in Mumbai. Take my word, do NOT buy Air Cooler. It will be a complete waste of money. Search on Google for Evaporative Coolers and you will understand why. :)
 
Buy an ac. In high humidity, only an ac works to keep temps down. Mumbai prices of electricity is just around 4-5 per unit so you won't be paying too much if you get a 4-5 star ac.
