Suggest me Cheap IEM's..

I was using Creative EP630 since almost 5 years and Soundmagic PL11 since 5 months. I lost my Creative EP630 and PL11 both :S

Now I want to buy some cheap yet powerful IEM's. My budget would be some ~1.3k... I know I can't get any beast in that range but still I want to purchase.

I love bass, so earphones must be boomy. I can adjust with little more than medium bass. IEM should not produce lots of treble. I don't simple like IEMs having lots of treble production. :@

so please suggest.
 
I strongly recommend you to up your budget and go with NE6. You difinitely will not be disappointed. NE6 can easily compete with atleast IEMs of double it's price when it comes to bass. At 1.3K I could only think of PL21, which I didn't find much better than PL11.
