My Lenovo 20inch served quite well for 5yrs but now logic card went bad, not sure if I can get this repaired

IF its repaired even then I need a replacement.
Usage
internet browsing & photo editing & video watching, no gaming so response time doesn't matter for me, lenovo which I have been using had response of 16ms & never faced any issue.
Daily use
12-14 hrs in front of computer
Features looking for
DVI port, usb ports, HDMI (if possible) speakers (optional) IPS panel with over 150° viewing angle, height & tilt adjustable
Size
21 inch -24 inch, not looking specifically for larger but mainly need color accuracy for editing work.
Budget in consideration
10K -22K
As of now I have considered these one on lower budget & another on higher budget.

LG & samsung also having these but I am not able to find these with dealers.
