0-20k Suggest me RAM for my laptop, Dell XPS L501x

I have Dell XPS L501x. Currently I have 2x2GB RAMs and I want to upgrade to 2x4GB. However I don't know which config RAM I should buy, like MHz, volts etc :| (noob here)

I have attached CPU-Z screenshot:

Does this specific RAM works? 1333MHz, 1.5V - http://www.flipkart.com/transcend-ddr3-4-gb-laptop-ram-jm1333ksn-4g/p/itmdv6g6gnnsnkvc. Or should I be getting higher frequency one? What benefits does it add?

PS: I will be running Hackintosh, Yosemite to be specific. No windows.

You should be good with 1333MHz. AFAIK, after sales service of Transcend was not in good shape. You might want to consider a different make like Kingston, Corsair, etc.
