suggest me some good non-XBLA E 10+ games for X360

I need some very family friendly Xbox 360 games for my 10 yr old sis. No XBLA titles as I don't have Live or JTag :(. Please suggest me a few good ones.
 
Viva Piñata may be? I think even Madagascar 2 & recently released Toy Story 3 would be pretty good as well.
 
@Ethan and dinjo :- Thanks people! I already got Toy Story 3. Sonic Adventure is releasing soon so will get that and will also try Lego Batman.
 
Okay I will add it to my list. Still got a lot of X360 games backlog to complete. This is just because my sis was bugging me to get some games that she would like.
