As the title suggests, looking for a 20~25L microwave that is reliable and easy to operate for my mom.
I currently have a basic IFB 20L unit which I won in some lucky draw at a clothing store some years back. The problem with it is that multiple functions are tied to each physical control and my mom gets too confused to use it properly.
Even for basic heating, a button has to be pressed 3 times, a knob rotated several times and another button pressed all the while watching a small display that is barely visible to ensure that correct values are being set.
I would rather that the unit has independent controls for each function class and with either predefined or programmable presets that can be invoked without going to too much trouble and a display that is easily visible.
