CPU/Mobo Suggest Mobo,Cpu

Hi guys Need a little help here ive decided 2 take the BenQ E2200HD Monitor so i want u guys 2 suggest me mobo,proccy,ram,cabinet in 10,000 if possible i shud be able 2 play hd movies... currently on a tight budget....id prefer intel......
 
jetway 690g 2.5k feature rich board at great price but looks awful:p

250gb hdd 2.1k (prolly u missed it out in ur TSing post)

Sorry forgot 2 mention I have HD and dvd writer....

But i didnt get the monitor there.....Will have 2 check again in a weeks time....

Hard disc and writer i am using from my old pc...
Monitor i didnt get the 1 that i want...
