CPU/Mobo Suggest Mobo+PSU for 15k

I have a Q6600 which is like 4 years old. I want to buy a motherboard and a PSU. I need this for my work since I'm into game development and

gaming.

Motherboard-6k

PSU-8k

I need to run these

Unreal Development Kit

3D Max

Photoshop

Cry Engine

Unity

Nu-Endo/Fruity Loops/Reason

PS3 and PC is my primary platform on which i make games.

I want to buy a graphic card as well but i'll do that later for now the 9500GT is enough to work with.

P.S I'm in Hyderabad but I want to buy them from Bombay

^^ Gigabyte P45-UD3R [OR some such board I see a lot in Bangalore] ~ no idea on pricing though.

SMPS -- Corsair TX V2 650 ~ 5500/- OR Cooler Master Silent Power Pro M600 ~ 6000/- [it is a little more expensive because it is a modular SMPS].

If I may suggest an alternate for you scrap, this old Core 2 Quad and get the following set-up by extending your budget by say Rs. 5000/- -->

Intel Core i5 2400 ~ 9500/-
Intel DH67-BL ~ 5200/-
Corsair XMS3 4GB x 2 ~ 3100/- [single module price is around ~1600/-, and I think more RAM in your line of work will have added benefits]
