@ toolius : digit mag have mention price of saber tooth as 17.5 k in india !! :(

Already Ordered SABERTOOTH X58 during the No Shipping Fest at Ebay.In GEB. Should be here in about 15 days and would let you know bout the performance.

However even after the fest has ended there is a marginal price difference of Rs. 450 at GEB.

I would highly recommend the board as it is Extremely Low on Power Consumption (Unbelievably Lower The MSI) and Temperatures.

If you are getting a 920/930 and plan to OC it then do opt ONLY FOR Dual Radiator Air Coolers (Noctua NH-D14/Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme/Antec Kuhler BOX/COGAGE Arrow), As you will get plenty of configuration options for air cooling.

GODSPEED

Please suggest a VFM mobo for i7-950 (buying it as price is halved now :) )

Preferred Brand : ASUS

*I have to use it with 1600MHz Triple Channel RAM

That's a very important point you have mentioned i feel.

Most X58 motherboards, irrespective of brand i think, run 1333Mhz RAM by default and higher speeds only under OC.

You may check the specs and Memory QVL for the ASUS P6T SE, P6T, etc.

Though i am yet to read up (or try out if possible) more on this, it seems from initial look that Sabertooth X58 may not have that limitation.

That might have been the M.R.P. as it is usually with prices in mags.

A few friends are eagerly waiting for the Sabertooth X58 to arrive here- expected soon and to be priced very competitively from what i have heard. :)
