Camera Suggest P&S Digital Camera for under 5k

As the title suggests, looking for a cheap (but decent) P&S Digital Camera for under 5k (Lower the better).

Nothing fancy required. Basic requirements include 3~5x Optical Zoom, Inbuilt Flash and compact form factor and easy PC connectivity in Mass Storage mode.

i saw Canon A480. its pretty good for ~5.5k. there are some Kodak models below 5k, but never tried one.

Go for Canon A495...it's new version of A480...
