Suggest Point and shoot cam <6k

I was looking to buy a cam in the range of 5k to 6k. So far i found Nikon S3300, Canon A3300 and A2300. Are there any other models better than these?
Not able to decide which one to buy.
Can someone suggest me regarding this and also the best deals available.
 
@mojo if you want to limit the price to 6k I would suggest you visit few of the shops and check the ones available there.
Make sure that you buy cam only with a Lithium battery. Don't buy the ones with AA batteries.
Other than that look for image stabilization. From the options you have given I can suggest Nikon from my personal exp.
Good cams for starters/basic photography.

onlyravi The models which i mentioned above are with a Lithium battery. Just confused on what to buy. Almost decided to buy canon A3300. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Surely Nikon S3300. Lighter than the Canon A 3300, faster, and has slight extra zoom.
The only thing where it did not score is the screen size but I dont see a big diff in 2.7" and 3.0"

Disclosure: I have used 3 basic Nikons cams and none from Canon. So again this is my opinion. Dont want to turn this into a Nikon v/s Canon thread :head:
