Suggest Reach Extended ADSL Router

Please suggest good Reach Extended ADSL2+ Router or any good Router which can provide good connection on a bad line. Wifi range is not important.
My Broadband plan is BSNL Home ULD 1350.
Line details : Distance from exchange 4KM with lot of joints in the cable
