Suggest Stabilizer For AC

Which Stabilizer is best for 1 Ton Inverter & 1.5 Ton normal AC?

Recently done free servicing for my new 1Ton LG AC. Technician told there is high voltage even after both AC are ON so suggested to get Stabilizer at-least for Inverter AC to protect it's PCB.


Please suggest which stabilizer is best and secure.

I'm using microtek since 10 yrs for lg ac very good performance

If voltage stays stable even on peak hours, then go for any stabilizer of brand that has good presence and has service centre in your city. If voltage dips/ fluctuates above 270 and below 200- 170, then go for 2 stages ones, if i remeber correctly these 2 stage one operate between 160-290v. If voltage dips below 160v the you would have to go for 3 stage one - they work on 130 - 290v. Ask around for brands commonly used.

PS- Always use Voltage stabilizer with ACs, although companies claim stibilizer not needed, still its prudent to use stabilizer, reason being if PCB goes bad and even during warranty period, it could take a few days to week for replacement. stabilizer repair is simple, easy and cheap.

Few company lists specific inverter AC stabilizer, what are they? It won't handle normal AC?

Inverter AC stabilizers can handle non-inverter ACs as well.
