Suggest the cheapest Tablet with HDMI (Any), USB and 1080P h.264 playback...

I almost booked that UbiSlate 7Ci but then noticed there is no HDMI out which is a requirement for me :(.

Which is the cheapest tab in India that supports my requirements since its for a kid i don't need a very expensive tablet. Just something that plays h.264 1080p content with HDMI micro or fullsize and USB pen drive support.

Attributes such as weight battery life does not matter much.... Just the price does along with my requirements.

So suggest away...
