Suggest Web host outside India

Can anyone suggest a web host outside india to host a server. Main criteria should be the ping to host/server should be low ...preferably upto 150 maximum.
 
ping from where ? you can ping to my site hxxp://www.pcstore.co.in - hosted in Malaysia. 10GB for 1.2k 30GB/mo transfer - its not suitable for TE like site anyway.

May i know why you are looking for <150 ping ? Any special requirements? AFAIK ping hardly matters if you're thinking high ping means it would take much longer for the site to load.

Anyhow, for <150 ping, you can consider hosting in HK or Singapore.
 
A friend of mine is considering to set up a server for game. He cant put it up in india. And as u know gaming is very much depending on pings.

Any specific HK or SG hosting u suggest? I had already suggested SingTel (sg host) to my friend.
