Monitors Suggestion about lcd monitor

i am going to buy a 19" wide lcd monitor...my requirements are it should have vga and dvi also.....it's response time should be 2ms...also with good contrast ratio and view angle....my budget is 10000/-
 
should also be able to get a 19" LG or Samsung easily within the same budget- however, most of the new LG / Samsung models dont seem to include DVI.
