Suggestion for a 2.1 system

Hi all,
Am planning to buy a 2.1 system within 15-20k. Like to get some suggestions on which one to buy. Can experts in this forum help ?

For that budget, better go for bookshelves and a stereo amp. For bookshelves, try wharfedale, sonodyne, norge, pulz, pace. For the amp, try norge and pulz.

Edit: Avoid the klipsch :p Not really worth the price. Consider it only if bass is really important for you. The 8 incher it comes with is really good.

Can u also suggest some models in these brands that u suggest. I am not too much aware of the technicalities of these systems.

dude y do u want 2.1 when u can get a awesome 5.1 for that budget that will blow ur head off???:bleh:

next question is.....is it for ur DVD player or is it for ur comp???

is it for pure music pleasure???or pure movie pleasure?? or pure gaming pleasure???

it all depends on what u wanna use it for???
