posting this on a behalf of a friend .. he needs a mobile.. his budgets 25-28k .....confused with android n windows... ...

are applications available for windows phone ?

his choice are htc phones.. no samsung .. mite get it frm ebay.. is it safe to order ?

Wel dnt try 2 go 4 Windows phone right now as its having somethings lacking because its just new & on other hand Android is quiet mature so decide. Lt others also give suggestions.
