CPU/Mobo Suggestion for CPU+MOBO Combo

Hi..I am looking for a suggestion..

My main priority is not gaming...I want to do some rendering, Photoshop works & at the same time watching Blu-ray movies, anime & little bit gaming..

Should i got with

1. i7 4770 [Non-k] and a H87 Motherboard

OR

2. i7 3770 [Non-k] & a H77 motherboard.

OR

3. AMD Fx 8350 & Asus sabertooth 990fx

i am not going to overclock ..Budget is flexible..

Kindly provide me with some suggestions.. Thanks in advance

when it comes to a flexible budget you should go for a AMD setup.......but the amd hardware consume more power than intel based pc.......

yes it heats up a lot but i got a SVG Tech HOC 40 cooler...

then you are all set to go but still haswell cpus heats up a lot so your OC speed may be lower than IB but then again HS cpus performs similar to IBs at ~300 Mhz lower clock speed so a 4.3 Ghz HW is equivalent to 4.6 Ghz IB.
