guys i have done it again..i had a very basic setup with biostar mcp6p3 + ATI 5770 HD ....
and i think i cooked up my mobo..
perior going bad..it was taking long time boot ...and now no boot at all
i can see cpu fan spining but not bootting...any suggestions to workaround..
and if mobo has really gone bad then need suggestion to buy a decent mobo...
processy AMD phenome II X2..something which can work seemlessly with ATI 5770HD

Guess your mobo is DDRIII based.
Asus M4A78LT-M LE ~ 2.65k/ Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 ~ 2.55k -> Both are decent 760G based DDR3 mobo.
Between, what PSU do you have? Is your PhenomII X2 unlocked? If its unlocked then get a 785G or 880G based boards that supports processors with 125w TDP officially.

i have Corsair 550vx...i have 4 ddr3 modules ..2gb each..any board where i can all the 4 (2 kingston and 2 Corsair )

Looks like you've good GPU,PSU and RAM so as suggestion of D angel you can u go for 880 chipset but if your wiiling to overclocking and want more performance from mobo so go for Asus 890 chipset mobo (ASUS M4A89GTD-Pro).....:)
and wat abt CPU get quad cpu or atleast overclocked your Phenom X2 cpu above @3.5 Ghz to get best performance and avoid bottleneck problem.....!!
